New South East Asian range from Sharwood’s

 
Sharwood’s is extending its South East Asian range by adding two new flavours and two improved recipes to its selection of seven ready-to-use sauces. In addition it is introducing the delicious accompaniments of Authentic Rice Noodles and Thai Crackers. With no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives the range is made using only quality ingredients.
 
Great sprinkled with caramelised onions and fresh coriander is Sharwood’s Malaysian Rendang. This medium spiced sauce is made with coconut, aromatic spices and cloves. Meanwhile, Sharwood’s Yellow Curry is a fragrant sauce made with coconut milk and infused with Thai herbs. This sauce is delicious mixed with chunks of pineapple and sprinkled with chopped fresh basil.
 
Improved recipes from Sharwood’s include its Thai Red Curry and Thai Green Curry. Sharwood’s Thai Red Curry is a spicy sauce made with coconut milk and infused with Thai herbs and red chilli, whilst its Thai Green Curry is an aromatic, delicately spiced sauce made with coconut milk, Thai herbs and green chilli. All are now available in convenient 2kg tubs (25 portions) and can be purchased in cases of two. Other sauces include Lemongrass and Coriander, Sweet Chilli and Garlic and Teriyaki and Ginger.
 
The ideal accompaniment and new to the South East Asian range are Sharwood’s Thai Crackers. Cooked in seconds, these light and crispy crackers are seasoned with a hint of red chilli, garlic and coriander. This versatile addition can be used as part of a dipping range, served with wraps instead of crisps, or even crunched over salads for a different way of finishing. Available in packs of 1 x 1kg (80 servings). Also new are Sharwood’s Rice Noodles. A fine rice noodle made with rice flour, they are suitable for soups, salads and stir-fry dishes. Perfect deep fried in hot oil to create noodle nests they are offered in packs of 10 x 250g (40 servings).
 
Sharwood’s also offers a range of Indian and Chinese sauces and accompaniments. The Indian range includes Korma, Tikka Masala, and Tikka Masala Lighter, whilst the Chinese range includes Sweet and Sour, Black Bean, Chow Mein and Chinese Mushroom and Honey and Ginger. All available in 2 x 2kg packs. Indian accompaniments from Sharwood’s include Puppodums, Pickle and Chutney whilst Chinese accompaniments include Prawn Crackers and Egg Noodles.
