Brenden Eades reaches School Chef of the Year final
Well done to Brenden Eades from Felsted School who has been named as the winner of the East of England School Chef of the Year (SCOTY) region. This regional final was one of three rounds which took place at our headquarters in St Albans.
Brenden’s main course was Dal Pancharangi: Bollywood style mung bean and lentil dish, packed with protein, bhaji rosti and crisp chapati wrap.
His dessert was a Gooseberry Fool: A refreshing traditional fruit fool with a citrus jelly top and cheeky cherry bottom.
