Tomatoes (67%), Tomato Puree (25%), Onion (2%), Modified Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Red Wine (0.5%), Salt, Garlic Puree, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Dried Oregano, Ground Black Pepper, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Natural Flavouring.

Make Up Instructions

Ensure the centre of the dish is at least 75°C before serving.
Suitable for Freezing
Oven, Hob, Microwave, Bain-Marie 2 hours at 75°C
Separation of ingredients is natural. So, shake before use.
Pour out of container.
Chef’s suggestions: For a classic Bolognese use a 50/50 mix of mince beef and lean pork. Works well with lentils or chopped mushrooms for a plant-based option Great base sauce for lasagnes or pasta sauces.

Storage Instructions

12 months shelf life. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days. Store in a cool, dry place.
