Wheat Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (6%), Maize Starch, Raising Agents (E500, E341(i), E450), Skimmed Milk Powder, Dried Egg, Modified Maize Starch, Emulsifiers (E481, E475, E471), Dried Glucose Syrup, Rice Starch, Thickener (Xanthan Gum).

Make Up Instructions
1. Add the correct amount of cold water and oil (or water only) to the mixing bowl and add the weighed out (see back of pack) McDougalls Chocolate Muffin Mix.
2. Select the beater mixing attachment and blend on SLOW for 2 minutes. Scrape down, then mix on MEDIUM speed for a further 4 minutes.
3. Scale at 60g (2oz) into muffin cases. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes before placing in the oven.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 for 20-25 minutes.
Storage Instructions
6 months shelf life. Keep bag tightly closed after part use. Store in a cool dry place.
