Storage Instructions
6 months shelf life. Keep bag tightly closed after part use and use within 2 months. Store in a cool dry place.

Oats (51%), Demerara Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Dried Glucose Syrup, Dextrose, Salt, Flavouring, Colour (Annatto Norbixin).

Make Up Instructions
1. Place the McDougalls Flapjack Mix in a mixing bowl. Select the beater attachment.
2. Blend in the correct amount of water, using a beater on SLOW speed for 15 seconds. DO NOT OVER MIX.
3. Place into a greased 25cm x 35cm tin. Press down lightly with the back of a spoon to level. Bake at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for 30-35 minutes until the edges are tinged golden brown. For fan assisted ovens, cook at 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3.
