Make Up Instructions

1. Add the correct amount of cold water and oil (or water only) to the mixing bowl and add the weighed out McDougalls Plain Muffin Mix.
2. Select the beater mixing attachment and blend on SLOW for 2 minutes. Scrape down, then mix on MEDIUM speed for a further 4 minutes.
3. Scale at 60g (2oz) into muffin cases. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes before placing in the oven.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C/325°F/Gas Mark 3 for 20-25 minutes.
This product needs to be baked prior to consumption. Please do not eat the product raw.
