280g Angel Delight Banana Mousse
600ml cold water
200g Cherry sweet pie filling

Method
Step one
Place the correct amount of water into a mixing bowl (electric mixer).
Step two
Blend the correct amount of Angel Delight Banana Mousse powder with the water and whisk on high speed for 5 minutes (until the volume has increased by approximately 3 times).
Step three
Gently fold the cherry filling through the mousse mixture until a ripple effect is achieved.
Step four
Place in a suitable container and freeze.
