Ingredients

140g Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse
300ml cold water
40g of Rum
100g of Raisins

Method

Step one

Place the rum and raisins into a suitable container and allow to marinade, ideally overnight. Strain the raisins from the rum, ensuring you keep both parts.

Step two

lace the correct amount of water into a mixing bowl. Select the whisk attachment.

Step three

Blend the correct amount of Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse and rum using a whisk on HIGH speed for 5 minutes. Fold in the raisins once completely mixed.

Step four

Portion into a suitable container and freeze.
