Ingredients
40g Bisto Vegetable Bouillon Powder
2 tbsp oil
2 onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
3 carrots, diced
2 red peppers, diced
800g Homepride Tomato Everything Sauce
1.5 litres water
800g mixed beans (e.g. cannellini, kidney, butter beans), drained
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp cumin, ground
1 tsp dried thyme
Black pepper to taste
Fresh coriander to garnish
Nachos (optional)
Sour cream (optional)

If you’re serving with nachos or additional topping and breads check for other allergens.
Step One
Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté onions, garlic, carrots, and pepper for 5 minutes.
Step Two
Stir in tomatoes, beans, smoked paprika, cumin, thyme, and Bisto Professional Vegetable Bouillon Powder then add the water.
Step Three
Simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Step Four
Adjust seasoning and serve hot with coriander and optional nachos and sour cream.
