Steak with a Chilli and Dark Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
50ml sunflower oil
200g onions, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp fresh chilli, diced (or ½ tsp dried crushed chilli)
75ml red wine vinegar
850ml prepared Bisto Gravy
150g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
salt and pepper to season
10 x 150g sirloin steak

Method
Step one
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, garlic and chilli and cook without colour for 5 minutes.
Step two
Add the red wine vinegar and cook for 3 minutes.
Step three
Pour in the prepared Bisto Gravy and bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in the dark chocolate.
Step four
Season and cook the steak on a char – grill until it is cooked as ordered.
Step five
Serve steak with the sauce on the side.
Tips
Serve with dauphinoise and broccoli.
