500g Hovis Best of Both Bread & Roll Mix
150ml luke warm water
220ml Homepride Tomato and Vegetable Sauce
5 small camembert
Fresh torn basil, to garnish*optional

Method
Step one
Make up the Hovis Bread Mix. Place the mix in a bowl fitted with a dough hook and blend in the Homepride tomato sauce and water on a slow mix for 1 minute. Continue to mix for 6 minutes on medium speed.
Step two
Divide the dough into 20g even pieces and shape into dough balls arrange in rings around the cheese, and prove for 20 minutes.
Step three
Bake for 12 minutes until bread is freshly baked and cheese is melted.
Tips
The rings can be made and baked without the cheese. Then to serve, bake the cheese and just pop bread in for few minutes to warm through. Bread once baked can be frozen and defrosted to order.
