Ingredients

For the Jelly:
250g McDougalls Vegan Orange Flavour Jelly Crystals
700ml boiling water
350ml vanilla vodka
350ml coffee liquor
For the Garnish:
50g meringue, crushed
50g white chocolate, finely grated (check for allergens)
30 coffee beans, roasted

Method

Step 1

In a pan, measure the McDougalls Jelly Crystals and mix with the boiling water. Mix well until the jelly crystals have dissolved.

Step 2

Pour the vodka and coffee liquor into the jelly mix, stir well before dividing the mix between 10 martini glasses, and place the glasses into a fridge to set.

Step 3

Garnish the jellies to order with crushed meringue, finely grated white chocolate* and roasted coffee beans.
