200g Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix
400ml boiling water
50g diced apricot
50g chopped pistachio

Method
Step one
Mix the Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix and the boiling water. Rest for 10 minutes. Add the diced apricots and pistachio and mix in. Make into 20 balls.
Step two
Place on a greased tray and bake at 220?C, 425?F, gas mark 7 for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Tips
Try mixing any nuts or seeds through the stuffing mix.
