Sweet and Sour Pork Meatballs

Method
Step one
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork mince breadcrumbs, egg, half the spring onions, salt and coriander.
Step two
Cover the mix and refrigerate for 20 minutes, then shape into 30g even size balls.
Step three
Heat oil in a large frying pan, add the meatballs, cook until golden, then place into an ovenproof dish.
Step four
Add the onions and peppers to the frying pan, and cook for 5 minutes, then add to the meatballs.
Step five
Pour over the Sharwood’s Sweet and Sour Sauce over the meatballs, bake at 180°C, 350°F gas mark 4, for 25-30 minutes.
Step six
While the meatballs are cooking, add the rice to a large pan over filled with 1.5litre of water and cook until tender.
Step seven
Serve the meatballs in the Sharwood’s Sweet and Sour Ssauce with the remaining spring onions sprinkled on the top and with a portion of cooked rice.
