Ingredients
Sugar, Dextrose, Beef Gelatine, Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Colours (Anthocyanin, Beetroot Red), Flavouring.

Make up instructions
1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water.
2. Stir well until completely dissolved.
3. Add the cold water and stir well.
4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator.
NB: Adding pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.
Made up jelly is best stored in a refrigerator below 5°C and eaten within 48 hours.
Storage Instructions
12 months shelf life.
Keep packaging tightly closed after part use.
Store in a cool dry place.
