McDougalls Raspberry Flavour Jelly

Ingredients

Sugar, Dextrose, Beef Gelatine, Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Colour (Beetroot
Red), Flavouring.

Make up Instructions

1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water 2. Stir well until completely dissolved 3. Add the cold water and stir well 4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator NB: Adding pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.

Storage Instructions

Keep bag tightly closed after part use. Made up jelly is best stored in a refrigerator below 5ºC and eaten within 48 hours.

Store in a cool dry place.
