Angel Delight Raspberry Ripple

Ingredients

140g NAS Angel Delight Raspberry Whip
725ml milk
250g raspberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
200ml whipping cream or NAS Angel Delight Vanilla Whip (prepared)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh raspberries and mint for garnish

Method

Step One

Whisk the NAS Angel Delight Raspberry Whip with milk, whisk for 30 seconds on low speed. Scrape down, then whisk for 4 minutes on high speed until smooth and thick.  

Step Two

Lightly crush the raspberries with the lemon juice to create a ripple sauce. 

Step Three

Spoon into serving glasses and swirl the raspberry mixture through to create a ripple effect. 

Step Four

Finish with a small rosette of whipped cream or NAS Angel Delight Vanilla Whip, fresh raspberries and mint. 

Step Five

Chill until ready to serve.
