Meet School Chef of the Year finalist, Aron Jordan

In the East of England heat, Aron Jordan from Doucecroft School served up a potato gnocchi with mushrooms, spinach, parmesan and tarragon with a berry ripple cheesecake for dessert. This is the first competition he has ever entered and he coudn’t believe how fast the time went but it was an enjoyable experience. He used the McDougalls Cheesecake Base in his dessert and found this product so easy to use.
