Meet School Chef of the Year finalist, Duygu Dee Karakus
Duygu Dee Karakus from Big Fresh Catering Company won the Welsh School Chef of the Year regional final after impressing the judges. She served up a menu of wholesome lentil lasagne infused with Mediterranean flavours and crispy garlic bread, served with beetroots and green. For dessert she created Turkish delight inspired carrot balls with Bird’s custard.
