Meet School Chef of the Year finalist, Paul Harris

In the South West heat of LACA School Chef of the Year, Paul Harris from Cleverchefs served up a miso and honey chicken with vegetable okonomiyaki and pickled carrot and coriander with a mango delice for dessert.

Before competing he tried his dishes out in a couple of schools and they were a big hit with the students. When creating recipes he thinks about the colour, nutrition and flavour.
