Make Up Instructions
1. Add the correct amount of cold water to the mixing bowl and add the weighed out McDougalls Premium Yorkshire Batter Mix.
2. Select the whisk mixing attachment and whisk on MEDIUM speed for a further 3 minutes until a creamy batter is formed.
3. Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Grease Yorkshire pudding tins well with fat and heat until fat produced a blue haze. Pour batter into the hot tins and bake for 20-25 minutes. For fan assisted ovens heat oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Storage Instructions
12 months shelf life. For best results, once the bag is opened, keep packaging closed and use within two months. Store in a cool dry place.
