Raheem Morgan takes national final spot after winning London heat

The London regional heat winner has been revealed

Raheem Morgan from Chartwells is back for another School Chef of the Year final after winning the London heat this week. This makes him the eighth person to qualify for the national final, which will be taking place at the LACA Main Event.

Raheem created a main course of crispy Asian fishcake, carrot and black kale kimpira, edamame bean puree, wasabi mayonnaise.His dessert was a lime coconut cheesecake, cherry compote, apple and basil.
