Bird's Custard Mix

Ingredients

Sugar, Whey Powder (from Milk), Modified Maize Starch, Palm Oil, Palm Fat, Milk Proteins, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Flavourings, Colour (Annatto Norbixin).

Make Up Instructions

1. Add the contents of the pack into a large bowl.
2. Pour 2.75 litres of boiling water onto the custard mix and whisk until smooth and creamy, ensuring all the powder is mixed in.
For best results, leave for a minute to thicken before serving.
Once made up, store in a refrigerator and treat as fresh food.

Storage Instructions

18 months shelf life.

Keep packaging tightly closed after part use.

Store in a cool dry place.
