WATER MUST BE BOILING HOT FOR CUSTARD TO THICKEN
1. Weigh out required amount of custard mix as per pack instructions and place into a large bowl.
2. Pour boiling water onto the custard mix and whisk until smooth and creamy, ensuring all the powder is mixed in.
For best results, leave for a minute to thicken before serving.
Once made up, store in a refrigerator and treat as fresh food.
