140g Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse
50ml Cream
350ml Whole milk
40ml Irish Cream Liqueur

Method
Step one
Place the correct amount of cream and milk into a mixing bowl.
Step two
Blend the correct amount of Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse powder and using a whisk on HIGH speed for 5 minutes.
Step three
Fold through the Irish Cream Liqueur.
Step four
Portion into a suitable container and freeze.
Tips
Swirl through caramel sauce for another dimension.
