140g Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse
300 ml Water
2tbsp of Instant Coffee
10 ml Boiling water

Method
Step one
In a suitable bowl or cup blend the instant coffee into the boiling water, ensuring the coffee granules are completely dissolved into the water.
Step two
Place the correct amount of water and coffee liquid into a mixing bowl. Select the whisk attachment.
Step three
Blend the correct amount of Angel Delight Butterscotch Mousse using a whisk on HIGH speed for 5 minutes.
Step four
Portion into a suitable container and freeze.
