115g Angel Delight Butterscotch Flavour Whip
160ml water
160ml double cream
115g Angel Delight Chocolate Flavour Whip
160ml water
160ml double cream
150ml chocolate Sauce
5 cream eggs
100g grated chocolate* check for allergens

Method
Step one
To make the Angel Delights, pour 160ml water and 160ml double cream into a large mixing bowl fitted with a whisk.
Step two
Add the Angel Delight Butterscotch Flavour Whip and whisk for 30 seconds on slow speed.
Step three
Scrape down, increase the speed to high, and whisk for 5 minutes (be careful not to over-whisk).
Step four
Place in a piping bag. Repeat with the Angel Delight Chocolate Flavour Whip.
Step five
Fill the sundae glasses in layers with the whipped Angel Delights and chocolate sauce.
Step six
Top with grated chocolate and half of a chocolate cream egg.
