Angel Delight Grilled Peaches with Mascarpone & Vanilla Whip

Warm grilled peaches work well with the NAS Angel Delight Vanilla Flavour Whip. We have added raspberry for colour and crushed biscuit for crunch, but both are optional.

Ingredients

100g No Added Sugar Angel Delight Whip Vanilla Flavour
500ml milk
200g mascarpone
10 ripe peaches, halved and stones removed
200g fresh raspberries
100ml raspberry coulis
100g crushed biscuit or baked crumble* optional

Method

Step One

Whisk the NAS Angel Delight Vanilla Flavour Whip with the milk and mascarpone until thickened.  

Step Two

Grill the peach halves cut-side down for 3–4 minutes until lightly caramelised and warm. 

Step Three

Place two peach halves onto each plate and pipe the vanilla mascarpone whip around the peach. 

Step Four

Finish with fresh raspberries and raspberry coulis.
