140g No Added Sugar Angel Delight Whip Vanilla Flavour
725ml milk
250g blueberries, divided
1 lemon, juiced

Method
Step One
Whisk the NAS Angel Delight Vanilla Whip with milk, following the on-pack instructions
Step Two
In a small pan gently warm 100g of blueberries with the lemon juice for 2–3 minutes until they begin to burst and release juices, blend and sieve. Then allow the puree to cool.
Step Three
Fold 200g of the prepared Vanilla Angel Delight into the blueberry puree.
Step Four
Add a layer of vanilla Angel Delight followed by a spoon of blueberry Angel Delight.
Step Five
Top with extra blueberries.
Step Six
Serve chilled.
