Ingredients
1 tbs sesame oil
2 tbs sunflower oil
3 red onions, peeled and sliced
4 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
2 tsp ginger, ground
2 medium chilli, finely chopped
1kg broccoli florets
1kg fennel, sliced
4 tbs soya sauce
3 tbs rice wine vinegar
½I Prepared Bisto Reduced Salt Gravy
750g firm tofu, cut into cubes
200g walnuts halves
150g dried cranberries
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Method
Step one
Heat the oils in a pan. Add the red onions, garlic, ginger and chilli and cook for 1 minute.
Step two
Add the broccoli, fennel, soya, rice wine vinegar and the Prepared Bisto Reduced Salt Gravy. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Step three
Add the tofu, walnuts and cranberries and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
Tips
Why not serve with cranberry and ginger stuffing balls as a side?
