Butter Bean Bubble and Squeak

Ingredients
2kg mashed potato, prepared
500g leeks, blanched and finely sliced
500g parsnips, blanched and finely sliced
500g cooked parsnips, finely chopped
1kg tinned butter beans, drained
4 tbsp mixed herbs
1l water
75g Bisto Reduced Salt Gravy Granules

Method
Step one
Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, gas mark 4.
Step two
n a bowl, mixed together the mashed potatoes, sliced leeks, parsnips, butter beans and mixed herbs. Divide into 40 and shape into patties.
Step three
Place into a greased baking dish.
Step Four
Cook in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and hot in the middle.
Step Five
5. Bring water to the boil, whisk in Reduced Salt Gravy Granules and serve with the bubble and squeak.
