Lamb Casserole

Ingredients
2g cracked black pepper
2g paprika
10g flour
2kg lamb shoulder, diced
20g Bisto Beef Bouillon Paste
1l boiling water
400g onion, diced
400g carrot, diced
400g swede, diced

Method
Step One
Combine the pepper, paprika and flour. Rub the meat with the spice mixture.
Step Two
Make the Bisto Beef Bouillon Paste up with the water.
Step Three
In an ovenproof dish, combine the seasoned lamb with the onion and prepared Bouillon.
Step Four
Cover and cook on the stove on a low heat for 2 hours or until meat is tender, stirring occasionally
Step Five
5. Add the carrots, then 5 minutes later the swede and continue cooking for a further 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
