Plant Based Yorkshire Pudding Traybake with Plant Based Sausage, Onion and Lashings of Gravy

Method
Step one
Preheat oven to 200°C, 425°F, gas mark 7.
Step two
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
Step three
On an oiled tray, place onion slices and plant based sausages. Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step four
Quickly, but very carefully, remove the tray from the oven. Pour the batter over the sausage and onion.
Step five
Put back into the oven and shut the door quickly.
Step six
Cook for at least 30 minutes, but maybe up to 35 or 40 minutes until really golden and crispy.
Step seven
To make the gravy, heat the oil and fry the onions for 5 minutes. add the water and whisk the Bisto Fine Gravy Granules into boiling water and serve with the Yorkshire Pudding Tray Bake.
Tips
For gluten-free Yorkshire Puddings, use 25g each mix of cornflour, potato flour and tapioca flour or a plain gluten free mix in place of the 75g McDougalls Plain Flour.
