Cutlery Free Strawberries stuffed with White Chocolate Custard

Ingredients
20 large strawberries
100g Bird’s Ready to Use Custard
100g white chocolate, grated *check for allergens
30g Marvel Milk powder
50g dark chocolate, grated *Check for allergens

Method
Step one
Using a sharp knife cut out a cone shape from each strawberry from the top where the stalk was, effectively leaving a strawberry cup. Slice off the bottom of each cup so they can stand up. Then place them in the fridge until needed.
Step two
Heat up the Bird’s Ready to Use custard, whisk in the Marvel Milk Powder, then remove from the heat. Add the white chocolate and stir to melt then leave to cool.
Step three
To serve pipe the cooled filling into the strawberries and sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
