Ingredients

80g McDougalls Orange No Added Sugar Jelly
920ml boiling water
25g mango boba pearls
80g McDougalls Raspberry No Added Sugar Jelly
520ml boiling water
80g McDougalls Lime No Added Sugar Jelly
920ml boiling water
1 pinch edible glitter
Optional addition
Fresh fruit
Fruit puree

Method

Step one

Dissolve 80g McDougalls NAS Orange Jelly in 920ml boiling water.

Step two

Stir until completely dissolved.

Step three

Pour approx. half a portion into clear serving pots.

Step four

Then place in the fridge for 10 minutes until starting to set.

Step five

Add some boba pearls and top up with remaining jelly.

Step six

Chill for 60–90 minutes until set.

Step seven

Add more boba pearls on the top to serve.

Raspberry with Yogurt

Step eight

Dissolve 80g McDougalls NAS Raspberry Jelly in 520ml boiling water, stir in 400g yogurt.

Step nine

Stir until completely dissolved.

Step ten

Pour approx. 100ml into each of 10 clear serving pots. Chill for 60–90 mins until set.

Step eleven

Spoon boba pearls over the set raspberry jelly.

Lime Glitter

Step twelve

Dissolve 80g McDougalls NAS Lime Jelly in 920ml boiling water.

Step thirteen

Stir until completely dissolved. Add the glitter.

Step fourteen

Pour approx. 100ml into each of 10 clear serving pots.

Step fifteen

Chill for 60–90 mins until set.
