Ingredients

500g diced watermelon
80g McDougalls Raspberry No Added Sugar Jelly
420ml boiling water
500g diced mango (fresh or frozen)
80g McDougalls Orange No Added Sugar Jelly
420ml boiling water

Method

Step one

Blend the watermelon into a puree.

Step two

Bring 420ml water and watermelon puree to the boil.

Step three

Remove from heat and dissolve 80g McDougalls NAS Raspberry Jelly into the watermelon water, stir until dissolved.

Step four

Place into mould or dishes and chill until set.

Prepare the Orange & Mango

Prepare the Orange & Mango

Step five

Blend the mango into a puree.

Step six

Bring the mango puree and 420ml water to the boil.

Step seven

Dissolve 80g McDougalls NAS Orange Jelly in the mango water. Stir until dissolved.

Step eight

Place into mould or dishes and chill until set.
