Ingredients
80g McDougalls No Added Sugar Lime Jelly
460ml boiling water
460ml sparkling water
1 lemon juiced and zested

Method
Step 1
Dissolve 80g McDougalls NAS Lime Jelly in 460ml boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Step 2
Add 460ml chilled sparkling water. Stir gently to preserve the fizz. Add the lemon juice and zest.
Step 3
Pour into each of 10 clear serving pots.
Step 4
Chill 1-2 hours or until set.
Tips
We have made with sparkling water, you can use lemonade.
