Lime Jelly Pots with Fruity Eyes

Ingredients
175g McDougall’s Lime Jelly Crystals
400ml boiling water
500ml cold water
200g tinned pears
50g blueberries
50g pomegranate seeds
2 apples

Method
Step one
Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water. Stir well until the crystals are completely dissolved, Add the cold water and stir well.
Step two
Pour into pots and leave to set in the fridge.
Step three
For the eyes, use a small round cutter to cut circles from the pears, then with a sharp knife cut a hole in the middle of the pear circle and place a blueberry or pomegranate seed in the hole.
Step four
For the apple faces, cut the apples in half, remove the core and carve with a pattern to look like a pumpkin or ghost face.
Tips
If you’re slicing fresh apple, and it’s not being served straight away, dip in lemon juice to stop it going brown.
