For the Brownie
1.2kg McDougalls Brownie Mix
300ml water
For the Serving
700ml vanilla ice cream
150ml caramel sauce

Method
Step one
Preheat MerryChef to 250°C.
Step two
Add the correct amount of cold water to the mixing bowl and add the weighed out McDougalls Chocolate Brownie Mix.
Step three
Select the beater mixing attachment and mix on SLOW speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. Mix for a further 2 minutes on SLOW speed.
Step four
Pipe the brownie mix into a small skillet pan.
Step five
Place the skillet into the MerryChef and cook for 1 minute 15 seconds per dish on 100% fan heat and 100% microwave power.
Step six
Once cooked transfer the skillet to a serving board and top with a scoop of ice cream and caramel sauce.
