Method
Step one
Preheat MerryChef to 25°C.
Step two
To prepare the chocolate ganache, melt the chocolate in a microwavable bowl, microwave in 10-second bursts and stir between each burst until the chocolate begins to melt and is glossy.
Step three
Using a soft spatula, scrape the melted chocolate into a small pan over moderate heat and pour in the double cream.
Step four
Stir until the chocolate and cream have emulsified to create a thick chocolate sauce, then remove from the heat.
Step five
Pour the chocolate mix into a container and leave to cool.
Step six
To prepare the cookie mix, place the McDougalls Chocolate Cookie Mix into a mixing bowl. Select the beater attachment.
Step seven
Blend in the correct amount of cold water using a beater on SLOW speed for 1 minute or until a dough is formed. Do not overmix.
Step eight
Divide the cookie dough into 10 small, greased skillet pans and stud with the chocolate chips/chunks.
Step nine
Transfer the skillet to the MerryChef and cook for 1 minute per dish with 100% fan heat and 100% microwave power.
Step ten
Once the cookie is cooked, transfer the skillet to a serving board and top with the marshmallow. Torch the top, using a blow torch, until caramelised.
Step eleven
Warm the chocolate ganache, pour over and serve.
