Strawberry and Vanilla Jelly with Ice Cream

80g McDougalls No Added Sugar
Strawberry Jelly
920ml boiling water
200g fresh strawberries, chopped
1tsp vanilla essence
10 scoops vanilla ice cream *check for extra allergens
50ml strawberry couli

Method
Step one
Dissolve McDougalls NAS Strawberry Jelly in 920ml boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Step two
Add vanilla essence.
Step three
Divide strawberries between 10 jelly moulds.
Step four
Pour jelly mixture over fruit. Chill until set (1-2 hours).
Step five
To serve, place one jelly per plate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
