100g Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix
250ml boiling water
100g cooked chestnuts, chopped

Method
Step one
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, gas mark 4.
Step two
Mix the Paxo Sage & Onion Stuffing Mix in a bowl with 250ml of boiling water and stir, then leave for five minutes.
Step three
Stir in the chopped chestnuts. Then once cool roll into 10 even balls.
Step four
Cook for 20 minutes or until brown and cooked through.
