Thai Sweet Chilli Chicken Sub Roll

Ingredients

500g Hovis Best of Both Bread Mix
370 ml warm water
500ml Sharwood’s Thai Sweet Chilli Cooking Sauce
750g cooked chicken
400g cooked sliced peppers
200g sweetcorn, drained
200g cream cheese (optional)
10g coriander chopped

Method

Step one

Place the Hovis Best of Both Bread Mix into a bowl fitted with a dough hook. Blend in the warm water on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed.

Step two

Divide the dough into 10 and shape into sub rolls.

Step three

Place in a baking tin and prove for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Step four

Bake at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7 for 12 minutes until well risen and golden brown.

Step five

Heat the Sharwood’s Thai Sweet Chilli Cooking Sauce in a pan, add the chicken, peppers and sweetcorn and stir until piping hot.

Step six

Cut the sub rolls down the centre and spread with cream cheese if using. Fill with the hot filling and sprinkle with coriander.
