4 Sharwoods Extra Large Poppadom
50g onion Salad
50g Sharwoods Mango chutney
50g mint yoghurt
Fresh coriander to garnish
5g fresh sliced red chilli

Method

Step one

To cook the poppadoms. Heat oil in a fryer to 180°C then cook poppadom’s for two minutes. Turning once.

Step two

To serve stack the poppadoms layered with the onion salad, mango chutney and mint yogurt and sprinkle with coriander and fresh chilli slices.

Why not offer with shredded chicken tikka as a premium bar snack?
