Sweet and Sour Stir fry with Salmon and Prawns

Ingredients
625g Sharwood’s Medium Egg Noodles
100ml oil
3 red peppers, sliced
3 yellow peppers, sliced
10 spring onions, sliced
300g broccoli, florets
400g bamboo shoots, sliced
600g raw tiger prawns
800g fresh salmon, diced
1kg Sharwood's Sweet and Sour Sauce

Method
Step one
Prepare the Sharwood’s Egg Noodles following on pack instruction, then reserve until needed.
Step two
Heat half the oil in a large wok or frying pan, add the peppers, spring onions and broccoli and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Step three
Add the bamboo shoots and remove from heat, empty into a bowl.
Step four
Add the remaining oil and heat, add the salmon and crisp fry for 5 minutes then add the prawns for a minute until golden.
Step five
Add in the peppers, spring onions, broccoli and bamboo shoots.
Step six
Pour over the Sharwood’s Sweet and Sour Sauce and bring to a simmer.
Step seven
Serve with the prepared Sharwood’s Medium Egg Noodles.
