Tikka Masala with Baked Salmon

Ingredients
50ml oil
2 onions, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced
2 yellow peppers, sliced
10 salmon, fillets
600g rice
1kg Sharwood's Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce

Method
Step one
Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, gas mark 4.
Step two
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions and sliced peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
Step three
Pour in the Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce and bring to a simmer. Reserve until needed.
Step four
Lightly grease an ovenproof dish, place the salmon fillets on base. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Step five
Cook the rice following on pack instructions.
Step six
To serve, place a portion of rice on the plate with a salmon and pour on the sauce.
