Meet School Chef of the Year finalist, Katherine Ruffalls

Katherine Ruffalls from Pinner Park Primary School was the winner of the London heat of the LACA School Chef of the Year competition. She served up a vegan bean and sweet potato chilli served in a taco bowl and vegan/gluten free chocolate and avocado fudge brownie.

Meet School Chef of the Year finalist, Duygu Dee Karakus

Duygu Dee Karakus from Big Fresh Catering Company won the Welsh School Chef of the Year regional final after impressing the judges with her Mediterranean lasagne with crispy garlic bread and Turkish delight inspired carrot balls with Birds custard.
